Where do you operate?We support students relocating to major international cities in Spain such as Alicante, Granada, Málaga, Sevilla and Valencia.

How is payment managed?- Basic plan: You will be charged the full service fee upfront. This fee is non-refundable. - Standard and Premium plans: You pay 50% of the total fee upfront, and the remaining 50% upon signing the rental agreement.

Can you help me find student housing before I arrive in Spain?Yes! We offer pre-arrival housing search services and virtual visits so you can choose your new home before landing.

Do you only work with student residences?No — we help students find apartments, shared flats, host families, and student residences.

Is housing included in your service packages?Housing search and support is part of our core services, but rent and deposit costs are always paid directly to the landlord or residence.

How does your accommodation search service work?We aim to present you with 3 to 5 carefully selected options that match your preferences, budget, and timeline. Our goal is quality over quantity — we only show you flats that are available, verified, and aligned with your needs.

How long does the process take?Each housing search can take up to 2 months, depending on your preferences and the market conditions in your chosen city. You can apply whenever it works best for you, but please note that we’ll begin actively searching for your apartment up to 2 months before your planned arrival. We still recommend applying at least 6 months in advance to secure the best options and ensure a smooth transition — but if you’re starting later, we’ll do our best to help you!

Can you help me open a bank account or get a Spanish SIM card?Yes! We guide you through the process of setting up a local bank account and mobile plan so you're ready to go from day one.

What kind of support do I get after I move in?We provide on-the-ground support during your first months — including orientation, help with appointments, navigating public transport, and adapting to local life.

Do you only work with specific universities?No — we work with students from all universities in Spain, both public and private.

Can you help me adjust to university life in Spain?Yes! We offer orientation sessions to help you understand the academic environment, student culture, and day-to-day life.
